We focus on specific grounding anchoring of the feet and pelvis as well as rhythmic breathing modalities. This is the key to connect into the deepest layer of our physical body, the central core.

Circuit training with various tensions to activate the central core, medial and lateral layers of our lower, mid and upper body. Learning and training the complete interconnection between these layers, applying this knowledge and new feeling into a basic exercise program.

The intermediate to advanced level class is a high-energy class using light weights, resistance bands and Pilates magic circle. This further enhance and intensify the CentralCore™ Pilates workout, still focusing on the interconnections of central, medial and lateral layers to challenge your strength, balance and cardio. This athletic fusion class makes daily movements more efficient and precise and is an excellent choice for those who run, golf, play tennis, cycle, and more. For optimal results we highly recommend CentralCore™ prep as a pre-warmup and centering for this class.

Interconnection and flexibility strength training challenges for a naturally balanced
posture, body and mind focus and physical alertness. Stability challenges will enhance strength, coordination, mobility, and balance. Various Exercises and breathing modalities are combined on the Pilates reformer and on the ElementS™ wall unit.
