The full-body, low-impact workouts offer various strength and tension challenges to stabilize muscles of the central core, medial and lateral layers of the body. Unlike the mat Pilates and reformer classes offered in many gym settings, our studio is set privately to ensure complete concentration and awareness during the Pilates Reformer and the ElementS™ wall unit sessions. This unmatched combination of equipment provides a wide range of motion training and maximizes the effectiveness of natural body alignment.
